It’s a Royal Palace located in Bangalore, Karnataka. The area where the Palace is located was owned by the first principal of the central high school, Bangalore Mr. Rev. J. Garrett. By the British Guardians in 1874 at the cost of Rs. 40000.
The Palace has 454 acers of ground area and 45000 of floor area. This beautiful palace was built in Tudor Revival Style architecture with turrets, battlements and fortified towers. It has total of 35 rooms, a swimming pool and a wonderful interior décor, it has been decorated by wood carving, cornices, relief paintings on the ceilings and floral motifs.
